“Everything was super. The entire family loved the house, it's decor and it's location. The only comment is I think $25 a day to run the heat in the pool is a little petty. The only time it would be used during the summer is during or after s rain. Happened to us. In the months when there is cooler weather work it into the rate.”
“The property we stayed at was beautiful to be honest and we love the crossing district at Watercolor. The reason why we didn't give it 5 stars was because we had some problems that with the price you pay you shouldn't have to worry about. #1 the house was very dusty. We could write our name in the dust. #2 the outside vent to the dryer was so clogged with lint it looked like it was snowing outside. I called and notified 360 blue of this but nobody came out. #3 the pool was not cleaned when we arrived. Unfortunately we didn't know this until the day before we were leaving because they came to clean the pool and they pulled 4 toys out of the filter (which was not ours) and the pool was so sparkling clean there was no way out it cleaned when we arrived. #4 there was mold (not a lot but you could see it) in one of the showers. We would stay at this house again because it was gorgeous, but I think a manager needs to be assigned certain properties to be checked before someone arrives.”
“Been coming to Watercolor for over 15 years and always stay for two weeks or more. First year that we didn't get cleaning after the first week and house wasn't supplied with he essentials for two weeks (toilet paper, Kleenex, etc.). Also you don't accept American Express anymore. We will use another rental company from now on.”
“The house was beautiful, but the furniture showed excessive wear. We had NO hot water on the second floor. Gorgeous hot tub was never used because of NO hot water. Television would only show the Velocity channel. Perfect for the guys, but the girls weren't very happy.”
“The home we selected looked NOTHING like the pictures. It was dirty and had not been cleaned in some time. Our only remedy, upon arrival w entire family, was to select another more expensive home. 360 claims they â€?compedâ€? their commission. The new home was great but a terrible, la$t minute experience$$$$.”
“We have used 360 Blue for several years and it has always been a great experience. On the few occasions when we needed a repair or had an issue with the house, they were efficient and considerate of our time, always correcting the issue to our satisfaction.”
“Pool was not clean Service on refrigerator not done and out for week Remote entry to garage took days to recode Bikes were in below average condition ( could not adjust seats very well) Average to below average toilet amenities and towels were below average Things were much better when St Joe was managing”
“Great properties in watercolor! Staff was friendly and professional when taking take of us on our stay when we had to reach them before , during and after our stay. I also was to give a big thank you to their house keeping crew and lost and found department. I left a toiletries bag in our bathroom. They were very honest in returning all times back to management and getting the bag shipped to me! I was relieved and very thankful for such a simple procedure that you may not have seen such honesty elsewhere.”
