“The home that we rented was not as pictured. The loft area was above the den and you had to walk through this area to get to the Master Suite. The downstairs bedroom did not have a closet so you had to walk out into the hall to use a shared utility closet. The home was not as pictured and when we tried to move the staff at 360 could not move us because the home owner would lose money. We have rented with 360 many times and I was very disappointed in the poor customer service and the way that we were treated.”
“When we arrived the place smelled like boiled crab, called 360/house keeping, they came and mopped then left. House still smelled like crab. Day 2 still horrible cooked crab smell, called 360 and complained again. Housekeeping returned and sprayed deorderizer that FINALLY helped. Go to take a shower and found left over soap from previous renters! Ugh, had to call again. It was so annoying I had to buy air freshener the first night to try to get rid of the crab smell then had a dirty shower. Honestly I don't think 360 really cared about any of the issues. The value for what I had to pay, for the rental did not add up. I was pretty upset and 360 made little effort to make up for it. I'm not kidding about the crab smell. The previous renters must have had a shrimp/crab boil. It was putrid. Oh yeah and and the place was not ready by 4pm as promised. Dirty linens from previous renters still on the porch for hours after we arrived. The 360 experience??? I think not.”

“We had a lovely stay in this beautiful condominium for a family vacation over the Christmas holiday. We have stayed in many homes in the area, and the views here were simply stunning. Sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous with expansive views of dunes, dune lakes and gulf. We found that we had a great deal of space in each room, and it was furnished comfortably throughout. We will be back!”
“The location was superb and 2 doors down from the Truman House. It has been recently updated and is beautifully redecorated. This was a very special family reunion for a week at the beach after Christmas. The house was perfect for the 18 of us and we were so excited. At $1200 per night we expected a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, we didn't get in the door before things started going wrong. The door codes didn't work. It took several calls before we were finally able to get into both houses. We did not have internet until noon the next day. Bad news for 10 of us cell phone users. The small house did not have internet service for the entire time we were there. The little house had a brand new sofa bed that had never been owned, so it had to be turned upside down to cut the heavy plastic bands holding it together. Then there was no bedding for it. The house is advertised with a daybed with a trundle, but the trundle was useless as there was not enough room to pull it out to sleep on it. Fortunately, we had brought a cot, so could use that. Icemaker in one refrigerator did not work. Dryer vent fell off with first use. Repair guy had to come fix it. The fitted sheet came off our bed every night. Furnace in big house was not working properly - blasted upstairs - freezing on the main level. Last insult was that we got a parking ticket on a vehicle that was parked in a property parking spot. I have to say that Amber at the office was very responsive and gracious in working out these issues, but it was one thing after another the entire time we were there, so it was very discouraging and disappointing given our expectation and the amount of money we paid for our very special Christmas family reunion. And with all of that we did not even get a WELCOME GIFT when we arrived or when we left. Given all the problems we had with this property, we should have received a rebate. We come often to Santa Rosa Beach, but will not rent again through 360 Blue.”

“Same day support from 360 Blue is non-existant. They overcharged my card by $5000. Yes you read $5K. I didn't catch it myself until I looked at my statement 4-5 days later. They did NOTHING to make up for it. They are the worst management company. I tried to get things fixed at the condo for 3 days while we were there and ZERO support.”

The house was beautiful and in a great location...a very quick walk to the beautiful beach! Easy access to bike paths and close to good restaurants. We had 4 adults and 6 children and fit comfortably. We would stay there again!”

“Loved the house. Just a couple of things to note. The bed in the carriage house is very hard. Much harder than the others. The hot tub is advertised as a â€?hotâ€? tub but we were told that we couldn't have it hot. That was very disappointing. It was warm and we still had to pay for it. That's not right at all. The bedrooms in the main house are great except that there are no dressers. A couple don't even have shelves in the closets. Where are guests expected to put clothes?”
