“We love 360 Blue and have rented through them many, many times. Their properties are always consistent - beautiful, high quality, well furnished. They are very responsive to any request we have ever had and have always handled any need promptly and efficiently. We have stayed at many different properties - and definitely consider them our rental company of choice. My one request to 360 Blue however, is to watch the fees. I have noticed over the last several years, the fees have steadily increased to the point where now the fees sometimes approach or surpass the amount of the actual rental. Also, the new "Executive Access" amenities are not for everyone. We don't golf and are not interested in special tee times or driving long distances to access an amenity. For example Villa Coyaba properties now comes with this EA yet are no where close location wise to those amenities and it just raises the cost for no great reason. At least give the option of opting out of amenities that a customer might not need or desire to pay for. We highly recommend 360 Blue and will continue to use them, but if the fees continue to increase, it may get to the point where we will have to consider other options.”
