Even when we had an issue with the coffee maker, they replaced it the same day we called. Both times we stayed at Villa Coyaba and no disappointments. “Everything was super. The entire family loved the house, it's decor and it's location. The only comment is I think $25 a day to run the heat in the pool is a little petty. The only time it would be used during the summer is during or after s rain. Happened to us. In the months when there is cooler weather work it into the rate.”
