“initially apprehensive, and more so when I found out that the Disneyland Paris tickets would only be generated 2 weeks before the visit date, I contacted 365 tickets who responded immediately, put me on the issue list and I got an email with my tickets the very same day. Extremely satisfied. Turns out they normally only issue the tickets 2 weeks before use so that you can change details if necessary (not possible after tickets have been generated).”

“Value buy but only issue I had was long queues at attractions' ticket windows, I think if I purchased the tickets from 365 then the same should be valid at attractions without having to get new actual tickets for the attractions.”

“Everything worked out fine and we had a grat visit in Tower of London. It's a weakness though, that you must have a print out copy of your ticket and not just one on your device.”

“Ordered Disneyland - Paris tickets and got them in about an hour after a quick chat with them once order is placed so they can prioritize the order. Smooth entry to Disneyland and had lot of fun.”

“No where on the website did it tell you that you actually were not buying a ticket , but a voucher ! When we arrived at our chosen venue , Hampton Court Palace , we were turned away from the entrance , along with other 365 customers , and told to go to the ticket office to purchase our tickets . We had bought our 'tickets' on line to make it easier for ourselves as my husband does not have great mobility . Thankfully the staff were very good and found him a seat while I made my way back to the ticket office and queued for our tickets . Pointless buying them before hand really !! Won't make that mistake again .”

“Ordered Disney Paris tickets 2 days before going. Did online chat with their people to make sure I'd receive the tickets in time. They put me on the list to make sure my tickets weren't missed. They went to my spam folder, but other than that all was well. Saved $$$ and they worked perfectly at both Disney parks.”
