“A small discount on the direct price. An extra charge added at the end was a total surprise and I had to chase the confirmation. Overall, not a great experience!”

“The purchase of tickets was easy but it required a print out of the tickets purchased, as i was on holiday i couldn't print. Was quite an inconvenience and resulted in waiting in for 20+ minutes in 38° with 2 children, not ideal.”

“Last minute booking, less than 12 hrs before we went away. Panicked slightly when I'd not received my tickets when told I would, but after sending email, I received them virtually straight away and a great time was had by all at Disneyland Paris”
