“Good price. However very confusing experience, when purchasing tickets the website said could use mobile phone to get access to attraction.. However once tickets purchased the tickets stated they had to be printed and could not be used via mobile phone. Since I don't own a printer this was a problem. I contacted customer services and received a prompt response to say the statement on the tickets was generic and did not refer to the attraction (Ripley's, London) I was visiting and mobile phone access was allowed.. Confused or what!!”

“Website good easy to find tickets I wanted. Ended getting wrong tickets because website was slow responding. This appeared to be linked to completion of form and me needing more info whilst completing.”

“I have brought tickets many times and I find the process of getting them very easy. The company are very efficient and send you a e mail immediately which is great. Very happy with the service provided.”

“Easy website to use and book tickets, however I do think it's rather unfair to charge admin charge of £3.50 and also charge again for using cards as there is no other option to pay, and seeing as all tickets must be printed out there really isn't that much for admin to do.”
