“Everything was easy to do and the instructions easy to follow. The only annoying point was having to choose the date to use the tickets. I would prefer to go when I felt Like it rather than having to make a decision quickly.”

“I ordered my tickets over the telephone. The girl that I spoke to was very pleasant but first told me that I should order tickets on line. I was ordering my tickets with a 'Santander' code which she was not sure how to do so went to ask. Then systems was 'running slow. She confirmed there would be a £2.50 booking fee for each ticket but not that there was a processing fee. It was only 50p so I can live with that. She did not confirm my e-mail address back to me so I asked her to do this as she did not seem very confident. Also ticket information stated doors open at 17.00 but actually opened at 16.00 so we missed the 1st 1 hour. None of this information was confirmed at time of booking. If it had been we would have been able to see all the acts on.”

“Very efficient and secure system- was very easy to type in my wowcher code. Had clear instructions however it was quite difficult to locate the date and where one would need to pick the date of visit. There was no direction for this although a warning came that a date was not entered.”

“Shame that it's not a pure online service and that you need to print out the tickets. To add to that, when you have printed them out you still have to go to the ticket office and wait in the queue for a replacement ticket to use the attraction...”

“Very good easy to use Got a great deal on tickets to Alton Towers Waterpark. Park wanted full price for 4 hour slot time due to peak times. You gave us the same ticket for all day admission for £48 brilliant. Would definitely use again in future for tickets.”

“My wife is very happy with the service! I booked 2 tickets to the Moulin Rouge and mistakenly booked their ticket to your home address in Russia and pay your order. And when I received an e-mail letter where it was written that our tickets will be sent by postal order, which I paid, I was very upset, because after 3 days I had to be in Paris and tickets I wouldn't have had time to get. When I wrote to support, I was pleasantly surprised that I helped sent my email voucher and explained how to use it. Everything was very easy and quickly. “Very impressed with the ease of the web site. It was very good to manoeuvre and the whole process of buying tickets was made simple. Have not used tickets yet so hope the next stage of presenting them at the Tower of London works as well and efficiently. Would recommend this site.”

“A fast and easy way to get the tickets you want but I wa a little suprised at the two percent credit card fee this charge should by up on the first page with the ticket info. If I had seen it I would have arranged to use another card . I still think I have saved Moby on my tickets so overall a good service”
