“From out of 3 vouchers you sent me 2 duplicates. When we went to get our tickets at Disneyland Paris - we were sent to the Donald Desk. They were not able to do anything and eventually I had to call you from Disneyland Paris using my mobile and get you to send me correct vouchers. Wasted 2 hours of our time. There has still not been and email or any other kind of communication from you apologising for your cock-up. It would be interesting to know if you even read this.”

“Really nothing to complain about. Purchased the tickets online to Hampton Court palace the morning of our trip on 14th of August. Got a 35% discount instantly. Various options to pay. Took a printout of the voucher and handed it in at the ticket office at Hampton Court and was handed the tickets. Easy, efficient and cost effective. Will definitely use again.”
