“365tickets had the tickets I was looking for at a competitive price. Easy booking, easy to print voucher at home and then present to the ticket office with no problems. Would use again!”

“I bought a ticket for the next day and my order was not processed till the day I wanted to use it, making it very difficult to plan. I thought I was going to miss out on the tour. The other problem I had was because I was travelling I could not print the ticket out, I didn't have a fax, and it could not be posted to me. It would have been good to able to show an Eticket at the door on my mobile photo of proof of purchase.”

Hi Margret, We are very sorry to hear about these difficulties you encountered with us. Unfortunately if you book out of hours for your vouchers to be faxed then we can only do this during our office opening hours which was the next day. The supplier has asked in this case for all customers to bring the printed vouchers to exchange at the gate which we need to abide by. Did you manage to visit the Palace on that day? “The event required was sold out elsewhere on the date we wanted. So we were delighted to source them on 365 tickets. The booking procedure was straightforward. Even with the booking fee the tickets were cheaper than if we had bought them directly from the venue. So all in all - an immaculate transaction!”

Sometimes this can be filtered into junk and spam folders so please could you double check this if you havent already.
