“I ordered two Gardaland tickets from 365tickets and after reading previous reviews I realised that the e-tickets had been sent to my junk account instead. I printed out the tickets and got to the gate at Gardaland where the staff scanned my tickets and informed me that they had been used previously - a few days before I even bought the tickets. I tried phoning 365tickets on their customer service number but could not get through. Ended up buying tickets at the park for the full price. I did email 365tickets about the problem and they refunded the tickets I bought from them but gave no explanation as to why that happened.”

“I was able to save a few £ on my purchase compared with prices on the door. But it was frustrating having to wait almost an hour in queues to actually exchange our vouchers for tickets. We were asked to wait in the same queue as those that were buying tickets at the attractions, and than we had to wait again in humongous queues to get into the attractions (London Eye & Sea Life). Because this took 5 hours in total, we missed Tower Bridge which was mean to be our last attraction for the day as they close at 17:00 and we got there at 17:10.. so I recommend you give yourself plenty of time, especially if you are planning to visit more than one attraction and there is some travelling to do.”

“I'm very happy with all the communication I've had with 365! They rang me to advise me that I needed a refund and promptly sorted it out over the phone and then rebooked my new tickets with a further discount. Great customer service”
