“I am afraid that I had difficulty with your website in booking and eventually needed to phone in my order, then it did not come back to my email so I needed to call again. The young lady was very pleasant and helped me but it all took rather a long time from start to finish.”

“Very quick and user friendly site. Good prices and I especially liked the options to book more than one visit / trip together a a bigger discounted price. I have yet to use the tickets (London attractions in September) but I am not expecting any problems.”

“I purchased some tickets for a visit to Kensington Palace which could be downloaded for use the same day. However, it was only after I completed the transaction that I got a message to say the tickets could take up to two hours to be delivered to my inbox. This would have been far too late for me to use them. 30 minutes later they hadn't arrived, so I phoned the customer helpline and explained the situation. The very helpful adviser checked my booking reference and was able to email me the tickets immediately. Overall a good experience and I saved a lot of money.”

“The ordering process was simple and painless. I bought vouchers for a London attraction as the date of visit is undecided so have yet to use the 365 website to get the tickets. it was easy to download and print the voucher and the payment was gone in a flash! Reasonably enjoyable process!”
