“Helpful staff . After booking we came to know that we need to carry printout of the tickets. We had a quick chat with your staff available online and highlighted the need to receive tickets as soon as possible as we had a flight to catch within the next few hours. Your staff helped out immediately and we were able to carry the print out of the tickets with us . One suggestion -Tickets should be made available for printout immediately after payment (approx. 15 to 30 mins) . This will help the customers who complete last minute bookings. thanks”

“On-line staff were useless when I was unable to purchase the tickets I wanted on line. I eventually spoke to a very helpful chap on the telephone who was able to assist me. On line staff I dealt with were dire to say the least !”

“Always got lower prices than actual official prices of the anything and everything. I had a problem with getting the vouchers for one of my bookings but I called them and they resolved it within a few minutes. Extremely satisfied customer. 2 thumbs up”
