“We printed the tickets as instructed but when we got there we were unable to use them, we called the number on the ticket and were instructed it had changed, called new number and no one answered, day ruined we purchased 2 tickets for the price you charged us for one, that we couldn't use, would never recommend this site,”

“You can buy in advance and have a discount, still for hampton court you have to change your reservation with the ticket and this is unacceptable because you have to do the queue”

“I had actually called and spoke with one of the managers about getting a refund and he told me to send an email about my situation. I never heard back from nor did I receive my refund. Horrible!”
