“I accidentally selected credit card as payment, when I actually wanted to use paypal, it would not let me change it, I had to start the whole process again, most annoying.”

“Booked Tower of London tickets 3 days before- absolutely brilliant! The crowds last Saturday 1st November were unbelievable but we were still able to get in without any queuing! Would definitely book tickets for other attractions and a good discount too.”

“Did not book tickets for Tower of London until 2 days before going. Still got discount and on arrival at Tower went through very quickly, later spotted purchase price on day!! Certainly worth the effort booking prior too, actually not a lot of effort, very easy.”

“I am 82 years old and not all that proficient on computers!! However, after one or two little mishaps on your site, I did manage to complete the task I had set myself and managed to purchase the tickets I required. I would like to add that some sites I have been on recently I have had to admit defeat and have had to ask for a great deal of help. “Fine to book the tickets. I noticed that the unit price increased daily. I thought that the hidden charges for using ANY means of payment is deceitful. Why should we have to pay for buying? That means that the saving on the gate price is minimised. Why do you not just make the unit price, the final price? I don't like the lack of transparency. Thanks and over and out.”
