“Process for buying tickets very straightforward. When visiting the Tower of London we just went straight to the group booking kiosk and exchanged voucher for tickets avoiding the queues at the other kiosks”

“Service, value for money I saved over 50% on pre booking my tickets to Windsor Castle. Very easy web site to follow recieved my tickets throw a link and just pressed print. Also book the bus tour and save even more well worth the money. Not having to wait in line this is fab pre booking is must for anyonwe with small children or the elderly and as you just walk straight in. RECOMMEND ONE HUNDRED PERCENT”

“I have been trying repeatedly to gain access to the site to pay for tickets in my basket. On each occasion the site just says processing payment regardless of how long one tries to leave it only in the end to give up out of frustration from getting nowhere. I have also tried to contact customer services who don't answer and there is a strange tone over arching the dial tone. I have tried to leave an e:mail and that too has not been acknowledged or answered. How the company manage to get so many positive reviews I am not too sure.”

Hi Rob, We apologise for the inconvenience but we had some difficulties with the payment gateway and the browser you were possible using. We respond to every email we receive can you confirm the address you sent it to and if you have received a response now. If you are still looking to make the purchase I can get one of my colleagues to give you a call and take a phone booking if you wish.

“Excellent service, one of the tickets I was sent was incorrect, I was promptly sent the correct ticket (as soon as I had sent the email. Was very impressed with the prompt service. We go to Disney every year and I would definitely use again and recommend. Thank you”

“Just back from our 4 day trip from London and booked a combo ticket of Madame Tussaud's, The London Eye and The Tower of London for two adults and one child. This site was quick and easy to use and the tickets were printed off with clear instructions. 365 Tickets saved us a small fortune REALLY GREAT VALUE! I have already recommended this site to a few friends planning a family break to London who need to book tickets for London's main attractions. 5 Stars all round and will definately use this site again, we saved money here than the main merlin entertainments website. Thank you!!”
