“Easy process BUT, international visitors don't normally have access to printers, UK registered credit cards (not an issue in this case), UK registered house or mobile phone numbers, (or even have a phone while overseas), systems are geared towards halting all process if certain 'fields' aren't completed, then the process becomes 'unfriendly'.”

“Great value for money buying in UK only downside is nowhere on ticket does it say to queue again at kiosks for entry ticket....we walked straight to main entrance and after queuing for about 20 mins was told to collect park tickets from main gates...wasting about an hour of the day”

“Website was easy to use but I signed up for the news letter with 2 different email address over the course of 4 days and only received an activation email after I participated in a online chat on Sunday with an operator. I am still waiting for the activation email for another email address I gave on Sunday and today is Tuesday. Other than that it was OK.”
