“The (self-guided Bombay Sapphire) experience was excellent. The requirement physically to print the voucher is archaic - if we can board flights with vouchers on our phone, we should be able to check in for an experience without paper.”

Hi Clive, Thanks for the review, we're glad you had a great time at Bombay Sapphire. Mobile ticketing is something that needs to be set up by the supplier directly. We offer this for a selection of attractions on our site, however, attractions such as Bombay Sapphire don't have the facilities to do this yet. It's something we are working on with each of our suppliers, and takes a little time to set up. We hope to see this across our network in the coming year. Kind regards, 365Tickets

“They were able to provide the required tickets, albeit not in real time as I am accustomed to in South Africa Thank you for your feedback and getting back to me. I am aware that there was a waiting period and was expressing that in South Africa we can book for events on line and get tickets in real time. Computicket, Webtickets and TicketPro are examples of these all can be done on desktop and mobile apps I have amended the rating because you came back to me with an answer, however since your system does not allow for online ticketing it has to be considered average in a mobile data world.”

Hi Pedro, Thanks for your review. It does state on the product page under the ticket terms that the product requires confirmation from the supplier. This can take up to 24 hrs depending on office opening hours. Kind regards, 365Tickets

“Simple transaction, handed voucher to driver and got our ticket for the hop on hop off bus. Covered both Sydney and Bondi beach routes over a 24hr period. It was good to split it over two days. THANKS”
