“For Disneyland Paris - very prompt issue of tickets on line, good instructions, competitive pricing and worked fine getting entry and for fast pass, which can be a slight doubt when doing through an agency. Also tried to use for Eiffel Tower then found out all prebooked tickets, even via their official site, need to be booked several weeks in advance.”

“Using 365 tickets really worked well for us. We booked tickets in advance for a show in Spain for when we are on holiday in a couple of weeks time. We were able to pay 365 tickets in the UK in pounds sterling in stead of taking a gamble on whatever exchange rate our credit card company uses if we purchased direct from the show company. So it worked very well for us this time and we will use again.”

“Really disappointed this time. I have used 365 for London tickets in the past and they were great used for orlando and kept in limbo for 48 hours following 3 contacts to try and resolve.”

“I've only used them once, hence the 5* i had no problems, it was Hassel free, and could print the ticket straight the way, would definately use them again.????”

“I printed out the voucher and it was no problem. think the seat allocated ramdomly,but overall it seems allocated to a little back row. cause the enterance was devided by several lines,the guards blocked me to change the line. our seat row was second table from the last table.(from the back) but still well seen,and i thot it is better than the side line of the front.”

“the system is user-friendly and I had no difficulty to find what I was looking for. However, after I had made the purchase I found out that 365tickets.co.uk had a cheaper offer which was coming with an extra bonus of a tour ticket. I was dissapointed but Unfortunately I already had made the purchase. Why dont they have a similar pricing and offers?”
