“I was in the process of booking tickets for the Tower of London when my computer told me that I had lost contact with the internet and I rang your no. and was helped to sort me out and to ensure that I did not pay twice for my tickets, for which I am very greatfull, and it was all done very courtiously. thank you F Benson”

“Very slow had no idea wether I had purchased tickets or not so just had to wait and hope I had them didn't think I had any tickets waited for about 2 hours before I had confirmation and then didn't receieve e mail for another hour. Overall not very good at all .”

“A little concerned that when I got to the Tower of London my ticket would not be valid because it was such a good price and you do hear of people being conned, but all was well.”

“We bought our tickets for the Tower Bridge Exhibition through the 365Tickets website, in the belief we were getting discounted tickets, only to find when we arrived that we could have bought them there for less money than we had paid. As we are pensioners and were treating our grandchildren, this did not get our visit off to a good start !”

“365 service very good however due to the poppies at the Tower the Tower visit was horrendous could not get to see any of the exhibitions. Poppies wonderful. London eye same again had to queue for one & half hours despite time slot meant we went on at dusk not on the sunshine - disappointment”

“My purchase was spontaneous every stage of the buying process was easy. The only thing was the need to print off the tickets so had to find an internet cafe which Rippleys believe it or not staff were able to guide me. All in all excellent service.”

“Excellent product. Website was easy to use, tickets bought easily and then when we visited attraction,even though their was a huge queue, the staff came and sorted our ticket quickly so we didn't need to wait too long. Great day out!”
