“We had booked advance ticket for sea trek in Gran Canaria for 27 April and planned our tour accordingly but later we were informed that booking for 27 April need to cancel as date is not available but when we had booked system allowed us booking for 27 April. Due to all this we missed the best oppertunity to do sea trek in Gran Canaria.”
