“When you purchase tickets, you expect them to be delivered immediately or at least be given an exact timeframe. This is ridiculous:' "At this time your order could not be confirmed straight away. We'll be in touch as soon as confirmation details have been gained. "”

Hello, Thank you for your review. The Disneyland Paris bookings need to be booked in on the official Disney system by our staff to generate the voucher. This is stated on the ticket terms on the product page. We book in the vouchers nearer the visit date to offer flexibility in case your travel plans change as Disneyland has strict terms and conditions of no cancellations/ no amendments once the tickets have been booked in on their system.
