“Although the tickets were quoted as being heavily discounted compared to the gate price (Hampton court palace) the added costs as I proceeded with my purchase made the reduction only slightly less than the walk in gate price .... annoyingly deceptive.”

“Not sure who you are, I purchased a number of tickets yesterday. The others are very good but I am still awaiting confirmation about tickets I purchased for a Buckingham Palace tour I have had no confirmation at all so if you are the ones supplying these the service is not very good”
