“Charged me 1.50 for a fax that costs nothing to receive my ticket. Also I find out after booking that as we are going to London on a virgin train , I could have got buy one get one free...No one told us that prior to booking.”

“So good to be able to enter the gates of the Tower of London without any fuss. Went straight through but I did have reservations inially in case my party of five got separated and we unable to through as a group. Had a wonderful day.”

“Had a job to get to pay, ast, I kept being asked to pick a payment method, an it would not allow me, but after a few try's it worked, and it was accepted, but then I had a big problem with printing the tickets, they kept smudging, it was not the printer, I printed other stuff off, with no trouble, but after 8 trys I managed to get one good copy.”

“Very helpful. Because of the ceramic poppies attraction the tower of London was overwhelmed with visitors on the date we wanted to go and we were unable to gain entrance. The company have kindly agreed to re-issue the tickets in the new year at a date to be confirmed by us nearer the time.”
