“I booked a ticket for the Ideal Home Show which I got for half price at £6.50. There was a 50p admin fee. I received an email confirmation and had to exchange this at the show for the actual entry ticket. Everything went smoothly, although I wold have preferred to receive the actual ticket by email.”

“Ref no. UK 919666 You didn't send a confirmation email so we had to phone you from Tower bridge then you sent an email which said we had tickets for The Tower on Sept 5 2015 Luckily the lady at Tower Bridge let us through”
