“Easy to use ticket service with family discount. Package promised an included kids storybook but the venue knew nothing about this. Please address this immediately as disappointed children.”

“Easy to buy the tickets but it took another day to process my voucher. The promised was you will received your vouchers within right away after payment. Needed to follow up via email, phone call and web chat.”

Hi Robert, Disneyland Paris tickets take up to 24hours to process as this is manually done on the Disney booking system which is stated on the product page under ticket terms. Kind regards, 365tickets

“I had trouble accessing the website to purchase my tickets so I rang the office, the lady took my details and said IT would Dort out the problem and if I try again in about 10 minutes it should be ok which I did but still couldn't access, so I spoke to a chap called Jonny on the online chat, minutes later I tried again and minutes later had bought and printed my tickets. Very helpful”
