“Was a little worried that discount was too good to be true, however having researched other reviews took the risk. Absolutely fab, easy to book, print tickets and use at both attractions that I booked. Would certainly use again.”

“Fantastic speedy service. Received a call from Brenda to confirm names and tickets were emailed almost immediately. What really stood out was Brenda's customer service and sincerity in wishing us a wonderful trip. I would not hesitate in using 365 Tickets again!”

“Good price for a Legoland ticket, but why did meal have to be included? My 14 year old is a "child" for ticket purposes but needs way more than a child meal. So that bit was a waste.”

“Madame Tussauds tickets were bought on line - At no stage was it communicated that these are second rate tickets that we had to wait in a 2 hour line before we even got into the premises - the staff at Madame Tussauds recommended we could easily book directly with them on line and book a time slot without having to wait. We will never buy 365 tickets in future”

Hi Barry, Thanks for your feedback. We do state this on the product page if you check the information which says during peak times, Madame Tussauds gets very busy, with queues of over an hour. We would advise visiting first thing in the morning, or after 3pm to avoid waiting for long periods. Madame Tussauds peak times are during school holidays, which can get busy unfortunately. “I recently went to Disneyland Paris with my 9 year old daughter and my exsperience was ruined because of your company.i ordered buffalo bill tickets and I never got confirmation email or any tickets sent . When I approached the company about it they was very unhelpful and dismissive all they said they is that they never received any calls of me and there offices where shut on the day of the show . I then had to purchase new tickets on the door so I didn't disappoint my daughter . I will be telling everyone about the comany and not to use it due to how unhelpful and rude they are and refusing to give me Any sort of refund !!.”

Dear Megan, We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The tickets were sent to you twice upon your request before your visit. Occasionally these can filter through to your spam folder, however it is up to you to check this and inform us within reasonable time in order for us to rectify this. Unfortunately, as you contacted us after 5pm on the day of the show to let us know you hadn't recieved them, there was nothing that we could do to get these to you in time as this was outside our office opening hours. Our office was open between 8am and 4pm on the day of your visit. And we are reachable by Live Chat, Email and Telephone. Unfortunately we are bound to Disney's strict terms and conditions where we are unable to cancel or refund these tickets. Kind regards, 365Tickets
