“I messaged incessantly about limited time to print passes for a weekend trip to Liverpool.I had to leave for work on Friday 13th and was heading to Liverpool straight after. I wanted the passes immediately on Thursday night after booking. I waited up till 2.30am .I got up after 2 hours sleep and had another unsuccessful hour trying to make it happen. I had to go without them and then had to find an internet cafe on my break which wasted too much of my precious time. If a booking can be processed payment-wise in a few seconds then why not all of it?”

“I booked tickets online for the Tower of London. The process was very easy and, when we got to the Tower, we showed the printed page and walked straight in - easy peasy!! Added to that, there was a discount so win win.”
