“Was able to get next day tickets to Kensington Palace that was "sold out" Received refund for extra tickets bought by accident. (Don't back up in online purchase)”

“My eticket did not come through immediately but I used the online chat function and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The tickets came through a few hours later. Excellent price and service. Will definitely use again.”

“Tickets were purchased and then 24 hours later I was informed that my choice of date and time were not availabe. A refund was quick but I had to source my tickets again”

Hi Beryl, Thanks for the review. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Tickets for Up at the O2 are subject to availability. We do state this on the product page. This can happen occasionally due to the popularity of the attraction however we are always able to offer alternative time or dates. Or if these are not suitable we will offer a full refund.
