“disappointed....you did not say that the Tower of London CLOSED AT 5:30PM!! I was under the impression that the ticket sales ceased at 5:00 p.m.!!! We hardly saw anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Only decided to buy online the night before the trip. Tickets would have cost £44 at the gate - saved over £10! Will certainly look at this site in the future before trips to London.”

“Not everyone has a printer & as you only give 2 options 1. Print 2. Post tickets It makes it impossible for people to obtain tickets for the next day. Voucher/ticket could be sent by text as many other companies do this & as one has to exchange the voucher for a ticket at the London Eye office on site why do you not operate this system? Why do you ask for a time slot as it doesn't matter they say at the venue? Otherwise all ok.”

“I found the process of ordering and paying for the two tickets for Drayton Manor Theme Park extremely easy. The on screen instructions were clear and precise. I would definately order any further tickets this way for theme parks etc.”

“It is great to be able to visit tourist attractions in London for less money than the attractions charge. It is easy to access the necessary printout for claiming the reduced price tickets. I also like the ability to pay for the tickets using Paypal. I'm very happy with 365 tickets.”
