“I booked 4 Disneyland Paris Tickets - the money has gone and been paid for but I don't have the tickets yet? I have been asked to review 365 tickets and as I haven't received confirmation of the tickets after 24 hours of purchasing I feel very uncomfortable.”

Thank you for your review, Claudia. The Disneyland Paris bookings need to be booked in on the official Disney system by our staff to generate the voucher. We book in the vouchers nearer the visit date to offer flexibility in case your travel plans change as Disneyland has strict terms and conditions of no cancellations/ no amendments once the tickets have been booked in on their system.
