“Tickets voucher was quickly emailed however more expensive than buying on door. Additionally, was not entitled to free magazine with 365 ticket. Had I purchased on door i would have been eligible”

Dear Lee, Thank you for your review. The offer you purchased was 50% off the gate price at the Ideal Home Show Scotland. Our ticket prices were £6.50 and the gate price at the event, which you can check directly with the Ideal Home Show, was £12.50. These rates were given to us by the attraction themselves and we do not mention any inclusion of a magazine with our tickets.
