“Sometimes the page for option of date/time and ticket was still out there after I checked the boxes and clicked the proceed icon. Secondly, the review should be done after the customers present the voucher to visit the sights since until then will we be unable to assess the soundness of the voucher.”

“Very good price on Kensington Palace tickets. Shame a paper print-out is required at the venue because this was tricky from my phone.”

“The whole process of finding the required tickets was easy enough, but to tweak them to the desired sowing times I had to call the premium rate phoneline, which on two occasions I was kept on hold for over twenty minutes on each occasion, and ended up hanging up because I'm in no doubt that I was being charged at least 20p per minute so for 40mins waiting my two calls would end up costing £8!!! High price to pay for absolutely nothing!! Very disappointed!!”

“When I wanted to buy the tickets the website wasn't working, didn't show accurate prices and I wasn't able to book on line. Therefore I called the office and was charged a booking fee that I wasnt informed of. Hopefully all will be ok when I redeem my voucher.”

“The booking process was easy and no problems were encountered. However, at the end of the booking process, I was told our group booking was going to have an automatic security review and that an email voucher would be sent as soon as the security clearnace was obtained. This email message never came, although our booking was for the next day. Luckily our group leader took the order confirmation print out from the website and this was accepted at the attraction with a letter of authorisation.”
