“Ordered tickets for the Tower of London. Voucher received via e-mail. No problem with exchanging this for tickets at group counter for the attraction. No queuing involved and saved money.”

“I would like the opportunity to book a specific time (not just the date) for combo tickets. That said, 365 definitely offered the best flexibility on combo ticket bookings - other sites were cheaper (I paid more at 365), but you had to start at a specific event to collect the tickets - 365 allowed me to choose the order of events. I would really like to see 365 allowing tickets to be transferred to iPhone passport.”

“Great site for finding events and good prices, but need to work closer with the event holders to avoid embarrassment, disappointment and inconvenience. Attended Ripley's Believe It or Not at Piccadilly and despite ringing and checking twice that a downloaded ticket on mobile was acceptable, when arriving Ripley's staff denied us entry and it was only after much discussion and persuasion that we were allowed entry and this was in front of a queue full of people!!”

“The website offers great deal for my Shedd Aquarium ticket. I would rate it 5 stars if the site make more awareable of what service wasn't included in the ticket. It didn't say anything about the ticket I got on their website didn't include the 4D experience.”
