Hi Reena, I am sorry you had problems when booking your tickets. As stated in the Ticket Terms on the Disneyland Paris 1 Day/1 Park Ticket: This product requires a voucher to be generated by the supplier, where a voucher can be generated instantly this will not delay your order. However if the voucher needs to be generated manually this can take up to 24hrs depending on office opening hours. “Very Prompt - No complications at the chosen venue. One disappointment was that daughter was not able to attend due to unforeseen circumstances at her place of work which meant she had to deputise for her boss and couldn't take the afternoon off. No refund was available at the venue and 'Ticketplan 'protection didn't cover this eventuality.”

“Had availability on the day we wanted to visit Kensington Palace, gave me time to check trains and travel arrangements without timing out and even though I made a slight error, I phoned the number and my query was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use 365 tickets again. Looking forward to our day in London now!”

Hi David, As stated on our website prior to purchasing tickets Please Note: JORVIK tickets purchased through this channel do not entitle the holder to jump the queue – you must join the queue as normal and will be able to exchange your 365 Vouchers for tickets at the admissions desk.
