“They were able to provide the required tickets, albeit not in real time as I am accustomed to in South Africa Thank you for your feedback and getting back to me. I am aware that there was a waiting period and was expressing that in South Africa we can book for events on line and get tickets in real time. Computicket, Webtickets and TicketPro are examples of these all can be done on desktop and mobile apps I have amended the rating because you came back to me with an answer, however since your system does not allow for online ticketing it has to be considered average in a mobile data world.”

Hi Pedro, Thanks for your review. It does state on the product page under the ticket terms that the product requires confirmation from the supplier. This can take up to 24 hrs depending on office opening hours. Kind regards, 365Tickets
