“I booked a ticket for the Ideal Home Show which I got for half price at £6.50. There was a 50p admin fee. I received an email confirmation and had to exchange this at the show for the actual entry ticket. Everything went smoothly, although I wold have preferred to receive the actual ticket by email.”
