“to be told the email we had was not vaild. Phoned and 365 said in order to refund they need to take £5 . I will never use them again”

“Customer service was great and i got my disney tickets at a fantastic price. Only issue was not getting the tickets straight away, i had to call and request them. As i had paid for them, i wanted them straight away and not closer to the time. But i will definitely use this site again.”
