“Fabulous price, compared to the on the day prices. I purchased a combo ticket for London zoo and the Tower of London. Being able to print my ticket was brilliant and with the link to print sent to my email address it meant I could open up my email on any computer connected to a printer and get my tickets. I will definitely look here again when searching for discount activities.”

“You are the first company that has ever charged me for using a debit card. I cant give any more ratings to you. If you are running these prize draws, have you declared the winners of last year and who are they? Disappointing.”

Hi Sudheer, Thank you for your comments. The reason we charge a fee is that it enables us to keep supplying our customers with competitive rates and from your order I can see you saved by booking with us rather than going direct. The fee we charge is the amount we get charged from your bank and we would prefer not have to pass this onto our customers. I can also confirm these prize draws are run by the British Travel Awards and the winner's have been announced for last year. Many thanks for choosing 365Tickets

“Very easy to use web sit, had no problems once at Tower of London, walked straight in. Made a big difference to a day out for 7 people, we could afford a lot more on the day! Would recommend and will definitely use again!”

“Website need upgrade when coming to purchase tickets. Look straight forward and easy but not really. I need to contact and asked for help..please check with your customer service. Luckily he's very helpful. This is my first purchase with your company and I am disappointed.”

“Bought a package 'Madame Tussauds and London Eye'. Very easy to use website. Priority queue for Madame Tussauds which was good but told only a 30 min wait for London Eye as booked 3pm ride. Had to wait nearly 2 hours so not good with 2 small children.”

“Super simple to book and easy process to follow. No problems with the tickets. Only issue was the tickets were only for entry up to 2pm. I do not remember seeing this when I bought the tickets”

“I have just bought 2 combo attractions in London from 365tickets. Before doing so, I checked several other agencies and found out that they had the best prices as well as combo offers for even better deals. I also sent them several inquiry E-mails which they all anwered patiently and quickly within one or 2 days.”
