Waited 5 days still no refund so AGAIN emailed and messaged in the chat and the same customer service person who told me she had issued my full refund a few days before said oh I'm sorry it looks like your refund didn't go through on the system so I'll have to manually do it again.

Ordered a game for a Christmas present, should have arrived Christmas Eve, paid extra for fast delivery. Still no game , cannot get through to customer services plus the link for live chat to customer service isn’t working ! Will be contacting trading standards. Will never use this company again. I have emailed the company aswell but had no response .

bad service . or fake . spam I buy a game (call of duty ) £58 on 15.12.20 today is 22.12.20 nothing arrives. Frist time o buy on 356games very bad experience .I open a disput on PayPal.

Don't use this group of amateurs, pre ordered game to arrive on 10th, still not arrived, did not use the postage method I paid extra for, customer service total waste of time do not care for their customers.

Ordered black ops Cold War on September 23rd told it was dispatched on Tuesday it is now Saturday one day passed release and still no game the whole point of a pre order is to get it on the day of release or day before not 4 days after release never again will I use these idiots again customer service is shocking and now it’s Saturday there is no one available to talk to even though probably hit me with the covid excuse

Bad customer service. Paid extra for delivery with dpd ignored. No item. Not good. I would avoid.
