War - non existent, most States are null. 1 x Lvl 40 can wipe out an entire state in Valiant conquest. Leaving nothing for anyone else.
Arena is a complete joke - Match making against far superior players.
Events are boring and again massively inflated requirements to achieve.
I run 5 accounts just to upgrade 1 x lvl 36 building a month if I'm lucky.
This game Is majorly infected with "buy this, buy that" shoved in your face.
OH and the biggest con of them all is the ingame purchases. HUGE variation of cost depending on the country you are in. UK 99p for the smallest box, in Asia - same box a fraction of the price - so financial discrimination applies!”
“Horrendous customer service. Misleading buttons when making a purchase. Instead of £1 , I accidentally agreed to pay £30 for a pack in Puzzles & Chaos. Contacted customer service IMMEDIATELY asking for a refund and for the correct package to be added on my account. Three days later, they've refused to give a refund and are threatening to close my account if I contact the credit card issuer. Stay away.”
“I would be happy to join a class action suit against 37 games. The way customers were treated in Wild Frontier was terrible. I want to see them shut down and paying for their immoral conduct.”
“Ant legion is the game I'm playing belong to 37 games. The content and graphics are not bad, but I don't think the data they present is real. No matter how many times you complain about the probability percentages, the only answer you get is that you're out of luck, keep trying. They don't say a word about game logs and data. This is a China based company, the logs or data they provided may have been inaccurate, and now they act like they don't know anything about my request, the reason behind this should be clear enough. I would discuss the possibility of a class action with an attorney. I calculated that the percentage they offered compared to what we get in the game is at least 10 times less than what they claim.”
“Worst game company in the industry. They will roll out a game for a short period and money snatch and literally give up on anything that pertains to the game. Wild Frontier is a major one. People spend tens of thousands to play. And they give up. No new updates nothing works, erase data bi-daily to get it from freezing. No new events nothing new. The worst part is the deception from there customer service. They keep telling players we will work on game very soon. A year has passed and absolutely nothing. The only thing that works is the payments to purchase there items. My advice avoid 37 games.”
