The gloves were done at the same time and shipped at the same time, but ended up being shipped in separate packages, causing double duty/custom charges. Could have been avoided as they were on the same order.”

“The leather quality is good, but the construction is inconsistent. The other thing is that I had asked them to make modifications to my 2nd glove after receiving my first glove woth some disappointment, to which they outrightly replied "no" depsite having heard from someone else that they had done it for them.
I would be hesitant to order again even though the price point and customization options are good.”
