“I bought a custom glove for my son and it was fantastic. From order to delivery it was only 3-4 weeks. When the glove arrived I was surprised at how soft the leather was compared to other custom gloves I've purchased from other companies. The break in was very quick and my son was able to use his new glove in games almost immediately!”

“On 02 March 2024, my VERY excited 14 year old, ordered his very first custom glove. We have seen other 44 Pro, and were very excited. We did receive our prompt emails every 7 days, making us aware of the stage that the glove was at in production. 05 April 2024, we get the "ready for shippment" email. our glove is ready, we are excited. It was not until 14 days later, that I wrote an email asking where was the glove. The response for the delay, was "supply chain issues". As I had received the "ready to be shipped" email, which comes after the "quality check" email...you have to understand, we were confused. To add to this annoyance, as I live in Canada, I was charged an additional 45$ in duty. The glove is set to arrive today, and my kiddo is beyond excited, and I am exctied for him. we will proudly show off the new custom 44 Pro, but I can say, that the experience was not ideal.”

“Love the glove. I just ordered my son his second 44. The build was spot on to what I ordered. The costumer service was terrible it took alot longer than it should have to receive the glove. If I had not taken the time to reach out over the chat function 4 times wich is a joke. And had I not taken the time to reach out via email 2 times I would still be waiting on my glove. I was told there was issues with getting material. The glove progress tracker is Obviously inaccurate as it showed my glove in the preparing for shipping stage for almost a month!!! There must have been a shortage on cardboard for the shipping box..... Overall I am very disappointed in the experience. I do recommend the gloves they are great just keep an eye on the progress and be willing to waste hrs of your time trying to contact someone at 44 so your order isn't forgotten about like mine was. I was offered a $25 dollar 44 pro credit on my next purchase for the hassle lol gee thanks.”
“We were getting updates every week and everything was going great.
The week we were supposed to receive the glove the updates stopped and we did not receive the glove. That was the seventh week from the original order date and we had already paid. I emailed the company and the response said it would be one more week. This is the ninth week and still no glove. I emailed on the 25th and still no response. My son’s season will be over next week and he is a Junior in high school. It is very frustrating and sad.”

“To be honest, I am a bit frustrated by 44. I have been recommending them for years to friends and baseball families. The gloves themselves are beautiful. The technology to make custom gloves is amazing. The leather is high quality and beautiful. I have just been very frustrated by how long it takes to receive the glove.
They are very transparent about the number of weeks it takes and the stages, which is cool. But I am now on week 12, when the glove was supposed to take 8. We basically missed the entire Spring Season for my son with the glove. The same thing happened with his custom batting gloves and the glove I made for myself.
I was a 44 guy…but I will likely be moving on with our next gloves…. I’m bummed about it.”

I received someone else’s order and not mine.
I had a difficult time figuring out how to contact 44 Pro to report this. A 1-800 # would be great.
I was able to email the general inquiry and received a quick response to acknowledge my situation but then no follow up. I reached out again a week later and received notice that they are rushing to make me a new set of gloves. Thank you. I shouldn’t have had to ask.
We love the products. Would like to be able to speak to someone when things aren’t going well.
