It fit my husband’s hand. So sizing was def off. All of the strings where so lose, even when tightened, the mitt was still so far apart. I would say customer service was terrible, but there is no customer service. When you spend as much money as these gloves are, you should be able to pick up the phone and talk to someone. Emailing (only option) customer service is a terrible way to try and communicate with a company. We are glad they ended up refunding us, so after SEVERAL emails, we did get the end result we wanted. I would not recommend this company to anyway.”
“Easlily the worst catchers mitt I’ve ever seen. Design is terrible, pockets allows ball to pop out easy. Leather is good quality however too stiff so break in takes 9 months. Would highly discourage people from purchasing the catchers mitt.”

“We customized a glove for my son for Christmas. We broke the glove in according to recommendations with purchased products from their website. When my son was at practice for Middle School the lacing in the webbing busted during the first throw down from his catcher. 44 Pro would not replacement or refund the mitt due to it being only the laces that ripped through so we sent it back and they re-laced it. I never trusted the mitt fully but my son wanted to use it again. Then the leather ripped in webbing during a routine play at first base. My son was incredibly disappointed and I feel like we wasted good money. I will never buy from 44 Pro again!”
