I have mixed reviews on 44 gloves. I bought a 1st base mitt for my son with their kip leather and it’s great. I bought a Kip leather regular glove for myself and it developed palm bubbles. So I sold it to Play it Again Sports. I bought a catchers mitt for myself (left handed) in the low end steerhide, and it’s as nice as the All Star Pro Elite I bought for my son for $450.00. I will probably buy another catchers mitt (RHT) for my son to have as a back up. So overall I would say take a chance on 44 but don’t be surprised if you get a clunker.

Overall disappointed, lacing could have been tighter, impossible to get my thing in glove without a great amount of break in, glove was also extremely stiff. Takes forever to break in, I expected more from a custom made glove. The add ons for looks like stamps emblems etc were really nice.

Process was easy to use with lots of different options.

Wonderful product. Although I would not get the Velcro wrist strap. I bought my son a new catcher mit and liked the Velcro option so the glove could grow with him. The glove is not broke in yet and I have tape holding the Velcro together because it won’t hold.

I own many of your gloves. I was not impressed with this last one. The navy blue was very dull and honestly looks purple

The product was very good, however, I placed an order for 2 gloves, same confirmation number. The gloves were done at the same time and shipped at the same time, but ended up being shipped in separate packages, causing double duty/custom charges. Could have been avoided as they were on the same order.

It was really nice material colors but too small I would think it was accurate size it was not 😏

The leather quality is good, but the construction is inconsistent. The other thing is that I had asked them to make modifications to my 2nd glove after receiving my first glove woth some disappointment, to which they outrightly replied "no" depsite having heard from someone else that they had done it for them. I would be hesitant to order again even though the price point and customization options are good.

Ordered a 12.25 glove and it was smaller than my 12 inch Nokona glove. Other than being a little small the craftsmanship is great.

Leather hasn't broken in after 3 months of regular use. Thinking the grey custom dye has compromised the leather making it perma-stiff and preventing it from ever getting fully broken in, which totally stinks.

Nice glove- good material. The gator leather on the web of the catchers mitt is a bad idea. Leather is slick. Had to hit it with sandpaper. Also- having no glove prep break in service from a custom glove company is disappointing. Otherwise we are satisfied, just taking forever to break in because it’s so stiff.

For the money I’m not to happy with the quality, it’s cool looking but super stiff

Fun to build and lots of options. Seems like they make the gloves too fast and end up with small imperfections. Kind of a step below my Wilson a2000 I'd say and they were close to the same price since I got the Wilson on sale.

The glove feels nice. The one thing I was a little disappointed with is the leather fading significantly on the fingers. The thing is fine but the fingers have a significant fade already. I’ve even tried to use conditioner.

I enjoy the glove but the Velcro on the glove is already becoming loose. I wish there was a way to have it continue sticking on. Overall it was a fast break in process and works well.

I'll never order 44 again. I'd rather deal with Rico. Very similar products and very similar turn around times but much better customer service with Rico. When shipped from 44 I got no tracking number and no matter how many messages could never contact customer service and never got a response back. Gloves great though.

Good value for Custom Gloves compared to other options, but consistancy can be a bit off. We have purchased 3 gloves and all are slightly different in feel, wear, longevity. Also purchased a 44 Bat recently for my son...less impressed with the bat. There are better deals out there for old models of higher rated bats. Always check the Bat Bros opinions first.

The glove is very stiff and will take a very long time to break in. We ordered one that was supposed to be more broken in, so that’s a disappointment. I can’t imagine how stiff the less broken in version would have been. My son wanted this glove, but I won’t buy another one.

Well it would be nice to contact you by phone. I recently bought my son a custom catchers glove. The glove is great but we received no bag for the glove. If you give gloves for infield/outfield gloves why not the catchers glove. If you don't give bags for catchers gloves why not communicate that. I gave my custom glove bag to my son.... so what's up with the bag
