Strongly suspect this company is a scam. Ordered a new hinge for my washing machine door but received no email confirmation or acknowledgement. The money was taken from my account a couple of days later. Now a week since placing the order and it is impossible to contact them - no live chat option, no phone number, and no reply to the online form. I don't have an order number or any proof of the transaction other than my bank statement. Will be claiming the money back from my credit card.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY - AVOID COMPLETELY!! I wouldn’t even give 1 Star. Ordered a part and returned it within a week, in early April 23. Constantly saying they need proof I returned the items, which I shared multiple times including photo evidence that the items were delivered and signed for by them. They have the items and my money! They aren’t refunding my £150 for freezer drawers. Don’t recommend this supplier at all! Will contact Indesit to complain about this company too as a supplier of their products. Give me my money back!!!!!!

The part I ordered for my Hoover vacuum has still not arrived, I ordered in March, it feels like a scam, they sent a email saying screwfix had taken over, my ordered could not be refunded but they would have the parts in stock in 4 weeks, blah blah.. Still nothing. then this morning some guy phoned claiming to be from 4ourhouse wanting to confirm my name and address, no no.. I told him email me, I feel these people are scammers.. Why are Hoover allowing this dodgy operation to take our money and give us nothing in return.

Placed my order 8th April, it’s now 9th May and still no sign of the item being despatched. No phone number to contact and on-line request form gets no response. So angry I’ve asked to cancel my order and given them until 24th May to refund or I’ll start Small Claims Court Action.

Never buy from this company they are scammers SPREAD THE WORD ordered spares for a cooker never received it after I asked for my refund they replied to me SAYING the company has been sold and has new owners and are still refusing to give my refund and they still talking orders People be aware of these scammers

Estimated Delivery Time 3 - 5 Days. It has now been 28 days since my payment was taken, and three e-mails from me asking when they will deliver. I finally had a reply to MvO8Wr : 'A member of our Customer Experience Team will be in contact within the next 72''. I made the assumption this was hours, clearly it wasn't as its now been 5 days with no further contact. I wish they would make contact as I have some choice words about my experience

I have the wrong part sent have sent a couple of messages as customer number does not go into returns page took 80£ way before order arrived scam company please do not order from them so far no communication for refund

Redirected by Beko to supply parts. Never dealt with an organisation with so many ‘firewalls’ to prevent customer communication. Beko not much better, put them together and it’s a nightmare. Never again.

I never received my item, when I tried to contact customer service I've got automated response that they have a problem with the emails. The company is a scam.

Reluctant to give even 1 star. Ordered 2 items last August. Only 1 delivered. Advised in November that there was a delay in getting the 2nd part. Haven't heard since. No refund offered. No phone lines. Customer service is a joke.

Order cooker elements in 1st week Jan with delivery within 5-7 days after 3 weeks on tracking available. Email the company I was told out of stock and blame post office strike for delay. Expect my delivery by end Feb make total of over 8 weeks. Post office not on strike by the way. Will contact Mastercard to get my money back. Avoid 100 carats con company

I purchased a LG TV stand leg on the 4th January 2023 via 4lg.co.uk website and the payment of £53.99 was deducted from my account straight away. But I never received a confirmation of my order placed. I have been waiting for a month emailing them and I am yet to receive my order. They don't seem to have my order but they knew how to deduct the payment from my account. I have sent them a screenshot of payment evidence. I have asked them to refund me my money and they have now gone quiet and not responding to my emails. They are the worst company to order items. Unfortunately they are giving LG a bad reputation. I will be taking this matter further until I get my refund. They are a fraudulent company.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I ordered a wire oven shelf on 2nd January- no order confirmation & no sign of item. No response to email enquiries. If supplier reads this can you please let me know when I am likely to receive item. Order number is OH90148481

AVOID THEY ARE SCAMMING THIEVES!!! I ordered a fridge seal in November and first was told they didn't have in stock but I was charged for this item &suddenly they have the part. This was received but was wrong. I have been emailing since December to get them to get DPD to collect my item so I can be refunded. They have continually lied to me stating that they've arranged collection when they haven't and I've not received my refund. I've now raised a complaint with my bank to try and get a refund **USELESS THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES ESP GIVEN THE HARD ECONOMIC TIMES WE'RE ALL GOING THROUGH😡😡😡***

Just prior to Christmas I ordered a part for my dishwasher and paid extra for next day delivery. Very early the next day I received an email stating that it wouldn't be that day so I had no choice but to buy a new appliance (it was the day before Christmas Eve and I couldn't risk being without). I found it difficult to track down where the part was and DPD attempted delivery next day which I refused. '4our house' seem to be making it as difficult as they can to both clearly communicate with and to refund me - which they have promised via email and which I'm possibly going to use to pursue them legally. There are many other parts suppliers - avoid this one.

Ordered an oven door seal and so far no delivery, no answer to emails no other way of contact do looks like they are £40 up and me loosing £40 . Worst company I have ever felt with ! Do not order anything from them ! You will get more pleasure throwing you money out the car window on a stormy day

Absolute state of a company. 11 days, no delivery - get told i have to wait another 4 days before i can request a refund, which will then take another 5 days to come through, before i can order another part. Zero customer service, judging by the reviews others have experienced the same. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Same as everyone else. Delivered broken goods and we had to pay for postage, refused to replace, only return and refund then it was "step right up! Try your luck again! Only a £5 postage to play". No thanks.
