Was a bit concerned about this company after reading these comments (after ordering two fridge parts). However, products arrived in 5 days standard delivery, in good condition and fit perfectly.
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that they did not give me a royal mail tracking number meaning there was no way to use the royal mail app to track progress.
Would use again.

I needed an element and went for one with same specs as the broken one as could not find cooker specific part. Ordered it next day delivery and after reading some bad reviews thought i had made a mistake with this company.i was wrong, item came same spec as faulty part and next day as advertised . 5 star service ..i will use again untill they give me a reason not to.
