The delivery times where listed as 3-7 days for my area in QLD.
It has been 7 days so decided to click the link to track the order, I have discovered it is listed to arrive 1st January... seriously? I am located 55 minutes from a distributor on the Sunshine Coast? How is 4 weeks shipping acceptable?

“I purchased a pair of drawers online and picked them up, took them home. On opening the box, I found significant damage to the sides and slides. I requested they pick them up and replace them, which they did.
On opening the second box, I found these to damaged also. I've sent an email and have not had a response so far.”

“Mislabelled shipment from 4wd supacentre who have admitted their mistake but are now claiming they can do nothing about it as it is the courier fault. Refuse to respond to emails or phones calls. Will not release the package so I can collect from the courier depot. Rude call centre staff who told me they are not interested in helping as it has only been 10 days which is inside their shipping policy.”
“Dont use delivery with this company they offer 3 to 7 day delivery, we are 4 weeks and counting, sick to death of hearing the words"we will escalate the issue " nothing is their fault apparently. The delivery company don't know anything either, no customer service, paid with credit card so time to contact the bank as we were told refunds had to be approved!!!”

Bought lots of items from 4wd supacnetre Wetherell park over a period of time.
We planned a trip to Fraser Island just before the lockdowns in NSW, so I went again and bought further items costing a couple of thousand dollars.
2 of the items were solar blankets for me and my mate, we got locked down due to COVID and the trip got cancelled.
My mate managed to get away and used his solar blanked before the warranty expiring, which had a fault in it and got it replaced.
I just managed to go on a trip last couple of weeks and used my solar blanket for the first time, the solar blanket panel over heated and the surface of the blanket bubbled, same issue that my mate had.
Took the solar blanket back to the shop to get it replaced, they said, no, it is out of warranty. wrote to their customer service and they refused to back up their product, although I explained that it was used only once.
I am stuck now with a faulty solar blanket. An expensive lesson in supporting such a business.
Stay away is what I tell my family and friends now.”
“Delivery is a real issue with this business. Lots of reviews online complaining of long and non existent delivery. Lots of buck passing and blame - Very poor service.”
“Well.my wife ordered online for xmas on the 9th of december 2020 today is the 6th january and were now hopeful for 25th of december 2021 i understand that the courier company being used has dispached incorrect numbers and they were busy but all the others seemed to cope ok during the crazy rush but the lack of care from both companys after countless emails and phone calls and the time that has elapsed just tells me .Ordering online with this company is to do so AT YOUR OWN RISK were are our goods who took them after 30 days what a joke COURIERS PLEASE are useless as well .”
