"I purchased a pair of drawers online and picked them up, took them home. On opening the box, I found significant damage to the sides and slides. I requested they pick them up and replace them, which they did. \r\nOn opening the second box, I found these to damaged also. I've sent an email and have not had a response so far."

"My advice is to avoid 4WD supacentre like a plague since they don\u2019t support or back up their products\r\n\r\nBought lots of items from 4wd supacnetre Wetherell park over a period of time.\r\n\r\nWe planned a trip to Fraser Island just before the lockdowns in NSW, so I went again and bought further items costing a couple of thousand dollars. \r\n\r\n2 of the items were solar blankets for me and my mate, we got locked down due to COVID and the trip got cancelled.\r\n\r\nMy mate managed to get away and used his solar blanked before the warranty expiring, which had a fault in it and got it replaced. \r\n\r\nI just managed to go on a trip last couple of weeks and used my solar blanket for the first time, the solar blanket panel over heated and the surface of the blanket bubbled, same issue that my mate had. \r\n\r\nTook the solar blanket back to the shop to get it replaced, they said, no, it is out of warranty. wrote to their customer service and they refused to back up their product, although I explained that it was used only once.\r\n\r\nI am stuck now with a faulty solar blanket. An expensive lesson in supporting such a business. \r\n\r\nStay away is what I tell my family and friends now."
