“Applied for car insurance online and received an email saying to wait for a call back or call them on a given number if I need an immediate cover... Tried calling that number like 10 times, every time the guy would just hang up on me! Really? Pathetic customer service. I would cancel my cover straight away if the the fuckers would ever speak to me!!!!”
“Online quote and what I got over the phone was completely different, got charged an extra £50 a month, also didn't get my 1 NCD added on as apparently it makes no difference.
£2500 insurance plus £3000 excess, must think I live in Monaco.”
“I completed the form and there was written that they will contact me, I received about 1 second call! I don't understand, is it their company earning policy for customers to call them back? I didnt get any other call and I called them and when they answered I told what is the problem and they said "let me check if we have some online advisers available, after that there was a song for 15 min. Really??? They are CHECKING for 15 min.??? Ridiculous company! Unbelievable!”
“Got 4 letters in the post saying my insurace wasn't finalised, i had called 5 times and everytime there was a different excuse.
Took me 40 days to recieve a refund and i still haven't recieved it yet. There is always an excuse.”

“I called near enough closing time, desperately looking for emergency insurance for my car. where as other company's agents were hanging down the phone on me to save themselves the troubles of the last sale of the day, your agent Chris (i believe) took time out of his day to help me get set up with my insurance so I can start work .

“It was so long winded and stressful to sort sort infoamtion out with this provider. Once i thought i had sorted everything and 6 phone calls, i recieved a letter saying that i was missing document. So after that i canceled my policy. Waste of time.”
